Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a scheduled engagement or consulting session by contacting hi@aayog.in.

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the stage and nature of the engagement. Once an engagement, consultation, or project work has commenced, cancellations may not be applicable.

For milestone-based engagements, completed work and completed milestones remain billable and non-cancellable.

Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled subject to prior notice and availability.
