1. Freelance Services

Refunds for freelance projects are governed by the specific service agreement or contract signed at the start of the engagement. Typically, deposits for work already started are non-refundable.

2. Subscriptions & Digital Credits

• No Refunds: As our services provide immediate digital access or resource allocation, refunds are generally not allowed once a subscription is active.
• Credit Retention: If you cancel a subscription, any remaining credits or access time will remain available on your account until the end of the current billing cycle or until the credits are fully consumed, depending on the specific service.
• Exceptional Cases: We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure on our end that prevents service delivery.
